A commercial Line of Credit is also known as CLOC. The commercial LOCs are not exactly as same as a regular LOC.
It is usually a variable rate, revolving credit line which may or may not be secured. A CLOC comes with number of other facilities like unlimited cheques, credit and debit cards etc.
Normally a CLOC is given to0 a business which has few years of steady positive cash flow.
