Debt Ratio Calculator - TDS (Total Debt Ratio) and GDS (Gross Debt Ratio)

Insured Mortgages are restricted by many regulations and practices. Two most famous of them are GDS and TDS.

GDS and TDS are used as eligibility criteria to qualify a borrower seeking a mortgage loan.

1. GDS - Gross Debt Service Ratio
2. TDS - Total Debt Service Ratio

GDS requirement sometime may be exempted for credit worthy (higher credit score) borrowers at the lenders discretions.

For low ratio (LTV less than 80%) loans the GDS or TDS ratio may be different depending on the lender.
